Status update: Got the newspapers I needed (thank you, Spamage), finished the map, and started working on the parties and candidates.  I've been at this all day, but I got a lot done.  This could be released by late this week if things continue to run smoothly.

I still need candidates.  So far, I only have Nix and Sirnick for Labor, Matt, Cathcon, and Oakvale for Federalist, Xahar for NM-AM, and JerryArkansas for Independent.  It sounds like a lot, but these contests (especially Labor) should be a bit more competitive.  If possible, I'd like to have four candidates for the Labor and Federalist parties.  Please keep signing up if you're interested, and I'll PM you the list of issues for you to fill out.

I thought it was Spamage who expressed interest, not Cathcon... But I could be wrong.

Also, if you're really needing someone to be a candidate, you can add me. I was thinking about it, but I ruled it out pretty fast after Nix announced his candidacy. Clarence became a decent alternative (maybe you should add him as well?).

I'm about 90% done with the game now.  All I need is for people to submit their policy positions to me so I can program them and maybe get a few more Labor candidates in.  After that, I'll test it a few more times, submit it to 270soft, and wait. Smiley
