Nope, but I could see him maybe winning a congressional election in the 4th district in an open year if he ran as a Republican and another more conservative/SoCon Republican (Clint Didier) made the runoff, but no Democrat.

It depends a lot on who you'd be running against. Against an R you'd win easily. Against a Dem, you would beat Sanders but lose to Clinton.
