He's definitely win in it in a primary, and against someone like Paul, Sandoval, Baker or Amash he'd have a strong chance. He could definitely win it in a gubernatorial race.

If any Democrat who could win a national primary could win my state, it's him.

He'd almost assuredly win it in a primary unless either someone more moderate or someone in the South not from VA or NC is running.
