While this is the last I'll be saying on this topic for obvious reasons I should note that the Court made its judgement on the recent case with the hope that the Senate would work to further clarify the law under question.

No one is hating on the Court for its decision, at least I am not, but I do think we need to fix the language in the amendment going forward so there won't be a question of its meaning.

Its called vetting. In a perfect world, with ten active Senators, such points would be made by one of them. In its absence it would be nice if people would try to speak up before it is too late to do anything about it.
