A very strong nay (D). The only part I would support was the creation of the new 10% tax bracket. Otherwise, I believe the surplus should have continued and been used to pay down the debt.

It's interesting to see those who claim to be fiscally conservative support legislation that turned a budget surplus into a deficit in one year.
