I am interested in seeing how the county map looks like if Mcauliffe does end up winning by 8-10 points.

Whether or not E.W. Jackson gets a lower percentage of the African-American vote than Obenshain and Cuccinelli.

What everybody in this thread has been saying about Virgina, plus a couple of city council races in my neck of the woods.

In Virgina, I'm specifically interested to see if that Atif Qarni guy wins in a seat in the House of Delegates, and if the AG spot will go to the Dems.

VA AG, plus a few of the downstate races there.

How Christie does along Hispanics and blacks, also whether the GOP takes control of the Senate or House.

Most of all would probably be the Manchester, NH mayoral race. Knocking off Ted Gatsas would be awesome, takes out the only candidate with a remote chance at beating Governor Hassan, and it gives us a great candidate to knock off Ayotte in 2016/run for governor if Maggie decides to go for Ayotte.

Ken Thompson vs. Charles Hynes.  There's a lot of Hynes signs on Coney Island Ave. near my house; I'm nervous.

Seriously what's wrong with Hynes? Is he not ideologically pure enough for your taste?

He has declined to prosecute child abuse/molestation cases in the Hasidic community in order to curry favor with their leaders.  This isn't about ideology at all, it's about basic human decency.

Ugh if that's really the case. Why are so many people supporting him then? And how is Ken Thompson?

Well, Thompson won the Dem primary 55-45; Hynes at first said he was not going to run (despite having the Republican and Independence ballot lines) but changed his mind.  I'm sure a lot of people support him because of incumbency (he was the Brooklyn DA for many decades); also, I live fairly close to some Orthodox areas which would of course be expected to support him.  Though the signs I'm seeing are in a stretch where most of the businesses are Pakistani-owned, so maybe he's built up goodwill in that community as well over the years.

Probably the biggest controversy regarding Thompson is that he represented Dominique Strauss-Kahn's accuser, for what that's worth.  And I guess the usual stuff about "lack of experience" and such.  I don't know if he's perfect or anything but I think this is a case where, well, it's time for a change.

A lot of things:

- Christie's vote and how well he does with demographic groups and areas (counties)
- McAuliffe vote and specifically how well or bad he does in Southwestern Virginia (coal) and Northern Virginia (shutdown).
- How close will the Virginia AG race be? (This is an actual one to watch, but I think the democrat has the edge)
- How bad will Jackson do in the Lieutenant Governors race?
- How much will de Blasio win by in the NYC Mayoral race?
- Will Democrats make gains in the Virginia House of Delegates?
- All the ballot measures in Colorado, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington.

But most of all, I have to say the Virginia Attorney General race, as history is being made there if the democrats win this one.

Seeing the unions fail in their attempt to thrash the people of Colorado, of course.

I thought that you'd be saying stuff about the Bloombergites, not unions.
