Once a week, usually on the weekends.

Dust cleaning, vacuum cleaning, wash the clothes, ironing.

Judging by the state of the place I'm in now, not enough.

We have a three year old, so no matter how much we clean, there will still be a mess.

I know, I have seen the houses of my brother (who has my little nephew) and my sister (who has my 2 little nieces) ... Wink

And if they come to visit me, my place is looking the same (LEGO everywhere, pencils, papers, etc.) ... Tongue

Just don't step on any lego. I'm sure it's more painful than child birth.

I've stepped on many a lego, hotwheel and the occasional random barbie arm but the worst non-work related item* I've ever stepped on was a small earring my first wife left on the ground for some unknown reason....that one really hurt.  It even made a slight "pop" sound when I pulled it out of my foot.

*stepped on a nice, long (and thankfully cleanish) nail when I was working construction.

I do laundry every two weeks, vacuum once a month, anddust a bit every two months, but otherwise only put a serious effort into making the place look tidy once every 1 to 3 years. Cleaning is not something I do all at once; different tasks tend to be done at vastly different intervals of time.

I really don't clean at all.. maybe a swipe with a broom near the front door when I track in a lot of dirt.  I do tend to have a maid come very occasionally.. maybe once every couple of months.

Jacks are also a bitch.

I voted every two weeks, but I suppose it varies.  There's no set schedule.  Stickies and smellies get cleaned up immediately, but general organization is a once-in-a-while thing.  Vacuuming the carpet is maybe seven or eight times per year.  Laundry is multiple loads weekly.  Toilet bowls get bleached about once a month.  Garbage/Recycling day is every Monday.

A weekly full clean.  Mrs. Grumps and I are uber-tidy on a daily basis so there's really nothing to put away....we just put in about 2 hours a week and we're done.

It's been a while. During college and law school, whichever girl I was seeing usually helped me clean because I'm the worst, but now that I've been single for a bit, it isn't getting done as usual. I guess it's time I learned how to properly clean.
