If this is a good idea why are we not proposing something similar for serial killers, fraudsters etc?
Is there any evidence that sex offenders are more likely to re offend than any other category of criminals?

Having said that, now this bill seems just like common sense (Obviously it's a good idea for law enforcement to know what people who have been convicted of serious crimes are up to). Why not just make it so it applies to murderers fraudsters etc?

I think that such decisions are best left to judges, per each individual case. Sometimes people can be charged with 2 crimes that's essentially one thing, also.

I am for including bestiality, sexual assault, sexual imposition, and non consensual incest. I'm not a fan of incest between consenting adults, either, but there's no reason that we should be punishing that on the same scale as rape.
