Is anyone here involved with this? My doctor really wants me to try it out and swears by it. He practices it daily and his three daughters are involved with it and confirm what he says. I am going to a seminar on next Thursday to hear more about it, but I would like to know what you guys think of this.
My parents, by the way, are very supportive, to my surprise. I would have thought they would dismiss it as "hippy bullsh*t" but they are really urging me to participate in it.
