Very high. Though it does have its downsides, Denver seems like a good city, and it has marijuana and skiing. What more do you want?

FS.

On a side note: California rated lower than Alaska. Aren't we just the cutest darned bunch of windowlickers?

Cowboys... marijuana... skiing... John Denver... mountains... two great senators... you really couldn't ask for more.

FF. I usually prefer living in places near the ocean, but Colorado is one of those landlocked states that I wouldn't mind living in.

Politically, not the best fit for me, but a lot of other stuff outweights that.

How the hell did Alaska end up with a higher % than California?

Too square.  A state should have more than four straight lines as its border.

Lot of California haters around here. And the Republicans voted against it for ideological reasons.

Anyways, Colorado is the very definition of a freedom state.

Exactly, can't say I'm a fan of marijuana, although I respect the decision CO voters made. Still, John Denver, mountains, skiing, South Park, cowboys, craft beer, and a strong independent streak at the ballot box, overall, Colorado is a freedom state!

Freedom State.

I won't say this about many states, but I don't see how anybody on this forum could vote HS for Colorado.  The people are nice, they aren't racists or entitled snobs, there's awesome weather, outside of eastern Colorado there is awesome landscapes, skiing, marijuana legalization, and the local brews are incredible.

Seriously, if you vote HS for Colorado you are not cool.
