George W. Bush. I remember knowing who the president was when I was in kindergarten (01-02). Don't remember 9/11 though, probably because my parents didn't let me see the news about it and didn't talk about it much to me, which is understandable, seeing as I was barely six at the time.

I don't have any specific memories of George H.W. Bush as president, but I do have a memory of election night '92 where my dad was very upset that Bush was losing.

Clinton.  My first memory of him was all the news during the Monica scandal.  I didn't really know what was going on, but I definitely supported him.

I'm only 25 years old but I'm astounded by how old I feel reading people's claims about not having any memories of our Presidents until circa 1997+.

George H.W. Bush was the first I remember. Based on news events, hit songs of the day, and movie releases I remember, I tend to think my first memories begin in 1990.
