-Was kept out of jail

-Gained 5 pounds, abandoned diet
-Forced to abandon Kenyan dreams

Regardless of which moderator you dislike more, I think there is definitely some foul play here. I believe that it's likely that Torie has abused his power as a moderator in his "dialogue" with Bushie, and has implied use of retribution if he would open an update thread. I am not against someone using PMs to advise Bushie to straighten out his life and keep the update closed, but it's very hard for it to be fair if that person is a mod. Also abuse of memphis in this thread is a bit omnious. Await more IPU statements in the next few days.

1. Do you have any evidence that Torie "abused his power.
2. How has memphis been abused?  He's been less than honest about his infraction points and possibly made up a deleted post (I'm not saying for sure that's what happened, but with all his dishonesty recently, that wouldn't be too surprising).
