Every county I was in between the ages of around 14/15 to 34.  Being dry in Bourbon Street, NOLA was an interesting experience.

Nothing wrong with alcohol abstinence , it by and large beats drunkenness and alcoholism any day of the week! I drink a bit of alcohol myself, as my post earlier in this thread reveals, although never in excess, and never anything trashy (cheap beer, wine cooler etc.)

I rarely drink myself.  I don't need alcohol to be outgoing.  When I was a teenager I had migraines and the last thing I wanted was a hangover on top of that.  The cheap stuff tastes bad, and the good stuff is considerably more expensive than good tasting non-alcoholic beverages.  Still, I'll usually indulge in a glass of something if I'm out with those who can't imagine socializing without alcohol.

Meh, your choice. RP left, but he's basically a few steps below opebo as far as depravity goes, so you should probably take it with a grain of salt.

From most consumed to least:
Lancaster, PA (I don't expect this to change at all)
York, ME
Rockingham, NH
Bucks, PA (by a hair Rockingham wins out)
Grafton, NH
Montgomery, PA
