Well, F.L. 29-1 is the special prosecutor bill, and it still references the Supreme Court Bar. Since we elimianted that, I thought it was time we got rid of that so we get rid of inconsistencies in the law. This is pretty straight forward, but I would love other members of the Senate to do their homework on this legislation.

Here's the full text.

We're chopping out Clause 2. Can we make it so that the prosecutor must be a citizen? That seems like a reasonable requirement, since we're here already.
