Matheson, but solely for the balance of power for Democrats in the Senate because besides that, he's only a DINO.

If Matheson has a shot at being senator, you won't need him. Even though he's polled neck-to-neck with Hatch (and Governor Herbert), to make those numbers stick, you'd  have to have a Democratic lean in the Senate, and if you have a lean, you probably would have had enough wins in 2016 (and 2018) anyway.

If the 2018 midterms turn out to be a bloodbath for the Republicans, then Matheson might have a slight chance to win.
