I don't think it is. The basic meaning of "to consult someone" is "to ask someone for advice". So unless you want to know whether any of us has ever asked a prostitute for advice I guess you need to rephrase your question.

You can use "frequent" a prostitute, but that sounds weird. So I went with "consult", because that term works with all answers, I think.

But your "paid"-version would be OK too.

"Consult" doesn't work very well, for the reasons ZuWo pointed out.

One other suggestion: Have you ever gone to a prostitute?

Then your third option would still fit.
