New UK basemaps (2010 and 2015 parliaments)

Currently doing some new UK basemaps for the current constituencies. Decided to go for clear and functional ones at a regional level. All will be uploaded here as soon as finished: feel free to use them without having to ask for permission or any such nonsense.

*Pathetic pedantry of course, but I was born there, so..

Additionally, the map does not include Thamesmead, because that's now with Erith in what is pretty clear 'outer' (which these days really means 'middle') constituency.

It really is most vexing. Transfer Goole to Donny North or Selby & Whateversky at the next boundary review and be done with it.
