I hate to be this guy, but should we include language on removal or declaring the seat vacant.

If yes, then I have a few ideas,
1. The Governor shall be able to remove the Chief Judicial Officer at any time during their term, the Althing must unanimously approve of the decision.
2. The Althing can vote to remove the Chief Judicial Officer by a unanimous vote if they are found to be absent from their duties.

I mean we can clean the language up but you  get the idea.
