It's amazing that an atheist from somewhere where the Constitution opens up talking about the Holy Trinity would think the 1st Amendment is a bad thing. Also consider what the Internet would be like if the bad parts of the Communications Decency Act were not overturned on 1st Amendment grounds, seeing as how it's the Internet the effects would be felt far outside the US.

I would vote to ratify all except the 2nd and 10th. The 2nd cedes far too much power to gun owners and the 10th cedes far too much power to the states.

The 2nd is by far the most horrible, and most backward amendment that has no place in a modern society.

The Second is Horrible for what it says and means, the Ninth is Horrible for saying and meaning essentially nothing of substance, and the Tenth is Horrible for giving cover to horrible movements. The First and the Third through Eighth are all Freedom Amendments.

All FAs, but some have been definitely been distorted over the years (like the Tenth.)

This "true revolutionary" shtick is getting old, guys.

Anyway, all Freedom Amendments, but the 2nd and 10th are too broadly interpreted and misused.

What do you mean by "misused?" Do you mean that they are interpreted in a manner that the original authors wouldn't have approved of, or that they are interpreted in a manner that you don't approve of?

1st - obvious FA is obvious.
2nd - agree with TITD here. Well intentioned, but misused and the circumstances have changed way too much in the space of 200 years.
3rd - FA
4th - obvious FA is obvious.
5th - obvious FA is obvious.
6th - obvious FA is obvious.
7th - FA, though wouldn't this be covered from IV-VI?
8th - obvious FA is obvious.
9th - vague, and doesn't really mean anything.
10th - again well intentioned, but horribly misused and also used to defend horrible actions.

So voted FA to all but II, IX and X, where I'm neutral one.

Interpreted in a manner I don't approve of, and that I don't think applies to today's society. When the Founding Fathers thought of the 2nd Amendment, I don't think they took into effect mentally disturbed people, including mass murderers and serial killers (or just unhinged types) who really shouldn't have a gun. Also, I don't think any of them anticipated multiple-shot guns.

they didn't intend for the 2nd amendment to cover non whites, women, etc. either. very little that they wrote 'applies to modern society.' to be blunt i don't see why a thinking person should even pretend to care what they thought. the cult surrounding them and "america" is one of the most destructive things about the us. i don't think we'll ever be able to become a non-dysfunctional society until we basically destroy it and rebuild, was what i was getting at. ironically this tends to be one of the points the radical 'left and right' can both agree on... even if they have (mostly) totally different ideas for what should replace it.

edit: and as gully pointed out to me earlier all of this is ignoring that modern police didn't even exist pre 1800s/early 20th century...
