With all the great strides we have made to improve the rights of working people to organize, it seems that we have neglected to protect the right of union organizers to help unions form. This Act prevents intrusive actions on the part of employers and gives union organizers the same right to the workplace as employers while speeding up the elections process. It is a decent bill that deserves the support of the Atlasian Senate.

I don't like a minimum fine being instituted, because that largely functions to burden a smaller businesses over large ones.

Would you rather see a maximum fine, or perhaps a percentage based fine, as has been enacted under the Labor Rights Act?

I have no further additions, and unless someone does, I'm fine with a final vote.

So you're going to have union representatives wandering around summer camps and CIA HQ?

Are summer camp counselors and CIA agents not allowed to unionize?

My point is that there are some workplaces of a sensitive nature (ex. caring for children, dealing with classified material) that have understandable restrictions on who is allowed to hang about.

How does this change that?

1c. "full and total access"

The bosses already have full and total access; so should union organizers. I fail to see the problem.
