I would like to see its abolition, at least by the federal government.  I suppose that the constitution allows state legislatures to mandate minima, but I would certainly vote against it in a binding state referendum as well.

The higher the better, but keeping in mind that lowering the incomes of the rich is equally important.

Abolish it. The United Kingdom got along fine without one until 1999.

10-12 bucks, tied to inflation, and combined with expanded social welfare programs (along with possibly a minimum income).

This sounds like what I would want.

Yeah, that sums it up.  I oppose a policy that increases the unemployment rate and artificially increases prices of consumer goods precisely because I hate working people like myself.

Status quo. If you ask me, raising it or linking it to inflation is just like a dog chasing its own tail.

Status Quo would be the most realistic, but I would have no problem with abolishing it or lowering it.

15 bucks an hour federally, higher in a lot of regions where the cost-of-living would require more than that to get by.

I voted $10-12, but I'd probably prefer $12.50. My personal difference with many here is that I think there should be basic benefits package that all employees are entitled to (apart from healthcare, which I think should be a government-guaranteed right for all). At minimum, I think all employees should be guaranteed at least 5-10 paid sick days per year and anywhere from 15-30 paid vacation days per year.
