Gabu to IL
TrueDem to IL
Nym to FL

etc... Is this party dying?

If the party is dead, could anybody still in officially disband it and have all their members become auto-Independents?  I hate having to list dead parties. Wink

Their pocket voters are still on the rolls, you can't disband the party.

Actually, the AFDNC was dying well before the Akno tapes were released. The D and R's will always be very strong when the centrist parties collapse, and as the Freedom, Farmer-Labor, and Union got stronger, they attracted members from both sides. We lost MAS and Redefeat to the Union, Al to FL, etc. Not all was scandal related, though much of it was. Our strength was overstated, it was only a matter of time. There's not enough room for a liberal-moderate party, which we were.

No, you died because everyone came to view the party as corrupt.  The ILP is flourishing, simply because they are Democrats without the label. There will always be a leftist party, and for now that is the ILP.

The AFDNC has historically been better off the fewer big parties there are.

I'm an Independent, not an Independent Liberal.

I wonder how many more times I'm going to have to say that. Tongue

No, you are wrong:  Gabu is a Liberal Independent, not an Indepedent or Indepedent Liberal.

You should be running against Ilikeverin.  He's actually pretty vulnerable, unlike Gabu (who JFK would probably have a tough time beating right now)

Nobody. Not a single person in the government and not a single person who has been in office. The biggest person currently in the party is Josh, who was D1 Senate candidate in February.

You mean when he was elected by a mere 3 members of the Democratic Party out of 25+?
