Back in 2000 a lot of Liberals voted for Nader because they were complacent after having a Democrat in the White House for 8 years. After 4 years of a Republican President they knew better and backed Kerry.

I suspect that's what will happen here.

But the people supporting Cutler aren't liberals, they're probably left-leaning independents.
