Does anyone else think this game vastly overestimates the likelihood of a candidate loosing the popular vote but winning the electoral vote?

The PVs seem wonky in general; I've had (for example) Bush >300 victories in 2000 and lost the PV anyway (sometimes by a bigger margin than he lost it IOTL), and in landslides in that same scenario the PV is still really narrow (something like less than 1%).

Ran as Ford and trounced Carter. Somehow managed to carry Mississippi in the midst of the Democratic Party's last stand in the South. Looks kind of similar to Hoover's victory over Smith in 1928.

Third-best game of all time as Clinton on Impossible, and the highest ever PV percentage for that setting. Cheesy (proof)

I (Stephen Douglas/Horatio Seymour) got within a few points of winning New York, and maybe evening preventing the Civil War. Screw it. I'm playing until Lincoln doesn't get a majority.
