Unemployment for Native Americans on reservations can be as high as 80% (Pine Ridge, Vitality) this bill will allow money to be set aside for the tribal governments to establish job programs. Infrastructure costs can be expensive, along with trying to bring outside companies to reservations, which due to stigma and stereotypes, along with some reality, is very hard to do. These areas are some of the poorest in the region, that is why I put in the $500 Million.

This bill, if passed, could greatly ameliorate the abysmally poor conditions that Native Atlasians live under in our region. This is a great proposal and it has my support.

Well, as Governor I would be taked with overseeing the fund, so the danger of misuse is somewhat neutralized here. But yes, GAworth convinced me, we can do much more for our native Atlasians, and that is a small price to pay. Support!
