Change my vote to 'all of them'. It's hard to not see the Supreme Court forcing SSM nationwide in the next 2 years given how Utah's ban was over-turned.

Even if the Utah case is the one that leads to the final showdown, it probably won't reach the Supreme Court until 2016 at the earliest, so this thread is still relevant in the meantime.

Well since Utah happened, I'm going with Mississippi next.

New Mexico has already happened. After that, Oregon will almost certainly happen by ballot initiative next year. Colorado is probably right behind Oregon, perhaps by ballot measure in 2014. Nevada will only happen on its own if there if there is no judicial ruling prior to the 2016 election.

I think Ohio and Michigan are the big battlegrounds for marriage equality. It'll at least be on the ballot next year in Ohio. I don't know if it'd pass in either, but I expect a big fight and victory is certainly within reach in both states.

I really wish the Ohio people would wait for 2016 to put this on the ballot.

This.

Ditto. It's all or none within the next two years, and if none, then 10-20 years for the Supreme Court to revisit all or none with a better test case.
