For Dutch Americans, if you Google it, the first city that comes up is Holland, Michigan (go figure). I'd imagine Orange City, Iowa is somewhere up high on the list as well. Per Wikipedia, most are found in the areas around Grand Rapids, Mich., Rock Rapids, Iowa, Sioux City, Iowa, Des Moines, Iowa, Fulton, Ill., and Celeryville, Ohio.

My home county (Bollinger) in Missouri has the highest percentage of Dutch Americans in the state, per the 2000 U.S. Census. I'd say most of them here live in the predominantly Catholic community of Leopold where last names such as Nenninger, Vandeven, VanderMierden, Jansen, Stoverink, Eftink, Thiele, etc. are common.
