Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA)/Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR) - 328 EVs
Fmr. Congressman Jim Matheson (D-UT)/Senator Bruce Braley (D-IA) - 210 EVs

It would really be hard to end up flipping Oregon so Republicans would probably have to pick someone from there unless Ralph Nader decided to run again. As for the Pres. nominee, really hard to say whether the Republican would need to be from PA or MI and who it would be in order for them to carry both. So, since Snyder and Land may not even survive/win next year, it may have to be Toomey. Dent could also carry the state to probably, but he would lack big name recognition throughout at the start.

For the Democrats, only Matheson could carry Utah of course and then because of Iowa going for them, it has to be Bruce Braley not only because he'll most likely be a fresh Senator by then, but he's pretty moderate himself and I don't see Matheson picking a liberal.
