Plus or minus the time it takes to get it, pizza starts to get disgusting after about 40 minutes or so out of the oven. On occasion when I get pizza (usually when people are coming over for football or whatever) I'll actually put it in the oven to keep it warm. Cold pizza to me is kind of cardboard-y.
