Other such 'crimes' that should never have been crimes in the first place?  I'm okay with this.

This is an argument of such value as stating that decriminalization of homosexuality will led to decriminalization of rape. An offensive "argument" of no value whatsoever.

The only issue I have with posthumous pardons is that people like Alan Turing didn't live to see the justice restored, but it's still the right thing to do.

Good.  People who've committed other "crimes" which no longer are should be pardoned.
