This stuff makes no sense, because we never know what their politics would be now (the issues are so different from their times, after all), but this would be my guess.

Jesus: Doesn't vote, doesn't need to (He is God, after all, so He can't insert Himself fully into supporting one party or candidate.)
Muhammad: Probably doesn't vote, but if he did, then I'd guess Obama.
Buddha: Same as Muhammad.
John F. Kennedy: Obama
John Wilkes Booth: Write-in for Randall Terry or some white and/or Southern Democrat
