Zell Miller (D-GA) / Mark E. Clayton (D-TN) vs. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) / Fred Karger (R-CA)

If you thought the "Manchin vs. Collins" mashup were difficult, try this . Tongue

Are you sure Miller's still a Democrat?

Third party wins... nobody in either party likes backstabbers (Miller) or people who just aren't pure enough (and only got their position through nepotism) (Murkowski)

I don't know if he still is, but even if he runs as a Democrat he'd call upon his supporters to vote for Murkowski (or for the Conservative Party).

Third Party? Murkowski will easily win this. You’re vastly overstating the distaste for "nepotism" (Murkowski won reelection without even being on the ballot) in Murkowski’s case, while Miller choose an out and out racist as his running mate.

Murkowski would easily receive my vote, and the election wouldn't even be close.

I would vote for Murkowski entusiastically over Miller in this election match-up.

I'd guess something like this:

Murkowski/Karger: 345

Miller/Clayton: 190

Tossup: 3

I have absolutely no clue about D.C. Huh

Your map almost looks like 1924, with the exception of Kentucky, West Virginia and Missouri. I think that DC might actually end up voting Republican if Zell Miller was the Democratic nominee, as Miller has a past reputation as a segregationist when he camapigned for a seat in the Georgia State Senate during the 1960s.
