Would the current language allow for the use of a single leave of absence thread instead of starting a new thread at each instance?

I believe not.

The wording of this text would not prohibit it. The wording of the Explusion section of the OSPR would though.

If I weren't concern about this whole thing failing like the last one did, I will just as soon try once more and remove Senators from the Expectations System because 1) Impeachment is not designed for legislative bodies and 2) We have our own procedures, which I might add require far less to actually remove an a Senator then the Impeachment process would.

I still remain skeptical on the requirements for Supreme Court justices. I would also like to make sure it is clarified that "the same" refers to LOA's as well. I'm still not sure on the effectiveness, but for this amendment...

Also, can the next person to propose an amendment (seeing as it's not worth a separate one) put a the into "an article of impeachment shall be automatically placed before Senate"?
