I volunteered for Joyce Morocco in NF, great candidate who fought a great battle despite the unpopularity of the party right now.
A dipper win in the falls shows how weak a leader Hudak actually is as a leader. People actually remember Mike Harris

I was in Whitby campaigning for Celina this weekend, and was blown away by the amount of support she seems to have there. There were literally Liberal signs for her at almost every corner. Can't wait to see how this race turns out.

Libs need to win this riding to form a majority in 2014. Not good news if they lose.
But this is only a by election, with probably a depressed turnout

And honestly I can't realistically see any of the parties winning a majority at all. Who ever wins will likely get a minority

While I didn't expect a liberal win the CPC getting 48% isn't a good sign for them.
In an election that got less than 25% voter turnout.. And don't forget this is a mostly blue riding.

Like it or not, LPC went from 14% to 42% in Whitby Oshawa ,and from 3% to 18% and 2nd place in Yellowhead. WO was somewhat fools gold but I doubt this has any impact for the 2015 election.
