If you mean actual sausages, sausage. As for sausage meat in patty form, it's still better than eating pig but a particularly unappetising method of eating beef. At least make it into a proper rissole.

Most sausages are pork?

Anyway, I'll take the Moderate Hero option and declare them both delicious.

I love Country Ham the best.

But out of the choices Sausage, like pork and ham. Bacon can be fine but my family tends to make it too crispy, I like it with some fat.

Bacon, of course.

I just did an atlas search for +bacon +angus and got two pages of hits.  Even if one discounts quoting of Bacon King and references to Francis Bacon, it's still two pages long.

+sausage +angus turns up seven entries.  A respectable showing, no doubt.  Five refer to Italian sausage, one to the erstwhile Primus' members musical project, and one mentions a "sausage fest" which is angusspeak for a place where a bunch of nerdy, young males congregate.

I guess I post about both of them, but bacon far more.

Pepper bacon on BLTs Purple heart

To answer the question, bacon is way better than sausage even though King Christie steals all of it. :/

Depends on the bacon. If it's the really crispy bacon that breaks like a potato chip in your mouth, then sausage. But delicious, fatty, chewy, greasy bacon is easily superior to sausage.

Anyway, I'll take the Moderate Hero option and declare them both delicious.

Sausages are beef unless they're pork sausages or lamb sausages or chicken susages, tyvm. But the standard is certainly beef.
