This is likely already happening. Remember, to make sure that homeschooled children are receiving a proper education, the educator must have some form of home schooling credential.

If there's no registration, we theoretically wouldn't know who was getting taught, and by whom, and that would be unconscionable.

Meanwhile, without registration, there would be no way of knowing who is eligible to make the "consensual" decision.

Any required licenses are handled by the regional government and so registration should be handled by them as well.

I do like the standards that have been added here in place of the original text, but I would have preferred to work with the Regions and have them take care of this matter.
