The result would not nearly be as lopsided if it were only for the "conservative newbies" voting against the amendment. An important reason why this amendment is failing right now is the surprisingly high number of leftists who voted against it across all the regions, such as Oakvale, Paul Kemp, windjammer, ilikeverin, Marokai, Ben, OAM, Scott, OakHills, Hatman or Earthling.
