When it comes to fighting an unconstitutional law, practice, or agency, I would think that one would try to draw as much attention to their fight as possible. I'd hate to think that we live in a country where people are discouraged from speaking out, lest they be accused of being nothing more than whiny attention-seekers.

I don't agree with Rand Paul on pretty much everything, but I'm glad he's doing it.  Still, it's very disappointing to see the Republicans take the helm on this issue.
