Bump? Bump. It appears to be that time of hear again. I'd hazard it has to do with the weather. "Cuffing season", they call it.

Feel free to adjust vote as necessary.

That's like 25% of the reason I chose to go to college where I did. Little did they tell this public schooler that most Catholic schoolers are unfortunately some warped kind of Catholic with completely different morals...

Ah, that's usually the case. It could have been worse. You could have gone to Georgetown.

But at least there's bound to be a strong Catholic community on campus.

My already high opinion of you has jumped about 10 times higher for that statement alone. Cheesy

And yeah, it's somewhat sizable - I was just expecting it to be ubiquitous.

No, but I'm a Prude (?) so I'm apparently effectively so.

I'm also a Catholic and am thus deeply disturbed by smilo and Simfan's posts.

No doubt, but in the realm of being a truly Catholic university...

Well yeah, they emphasize their Jesuitness a lot more than their Catholicness. But we did have a crucifix at the front of every single classroom right above the chalkboard. I always thought that was cool.

What simfan said plus the absolute disrespect that just happened on Monday night is unforgivable in my eyes.

Add in the fact that when we were garbage 2 years ago and they were top 5, there was no court storm as we pulled on Syracuse and Louisville. Georgetown 2015 basketball is not garbage.

I have some degree of respect for Georgetown's academics particularly within the political field and used to respect them a little bit as the biggest sports rival, but I don't even know anymore for that one, and I cannot respect them for calling it a "Catholic" school. So 1 out of 3 is pretty bad.

Dear God this.  I have my ups and downs, strikes and gutters, but lately I find myself waking up alone and hung over far more than I'm used to.

Yes: last year I remember the poll was chronically at 50/50 the entire time votes were rolling in.

And yeah, it's somewhat sizable - I was just expecting it to be ubiquitous.

Please keep those intimate details to yourself or else you'll wind up here

On one hand, there's a risk of a certain poster potentially using this against me based on what I've recently said...but on the other hand, being someone who likes to generally irritate the prudes here by encouraging these discussions:

Virgin-free for 910 years, 9 months. There's no excuse not to get laid in HS, fellow spergs.

Most students at Catholic schools (at least the big Catholic schools) are not actually devout Catholics. Shocking, I know.

I believe Uncle Gramps had mentioned having a grown child... Am I to assume she is some type of female manifestation of his love for maps?
