Is there no candidate for the Senate in the Pacific?

Not yet, nobody knows if Tyrion is going for the Presidency, for the Senate, or both. I would suggest Flo, DemPGH and Superique as potential candidates for that seat, though.

Okay. I think Tyrion should run for the Presidency. All we have now are two right wing candidates. One extremist and one more moderate. We need left wing candidate in the race.

I'm running for President and Pacific Council in February.

I will not be seeking re-election to the Pacific Regional Senate seat.

Pacific Senator TyrionTheImperalist announced that he running for President. He is the first Labor's member that declared candidacy for President.

I must say, I'm glad that the Senate candidates are finally announcing!

The interesting thing of the current scenario is that at this race Labor might lose a lot of seats, and it doesn't look good for them so far. They can't beat NCYankee in the South, Bore could still have a challenger in the Northeast (although his seat seems safe now) and they are facing an uphill battle in the Mideast. My race against TNF seems like a toss-up for now, and DemPGH might end up unopposed in the Pacific. Labor is very strong right now, but losing a second landslide against Duke and several Senate races would be quite a blow...

So it seems like the Federalist primary is shaping up to be the real nomination contest. Interesting.

Tyrion also dropped out of the Presidential Race. I am happy to announce I did not pay him a large sum of money to do it.

Now, now.

Unrelated, I just ran into a large sum of money, so if you're ever in Hawaii, you should come stay at my vacation home.

At this stage Duke might have an even bigger landslide than October if he wins the primary. If Reaganfan wins, though, then things will get unpredictable...

Indeed. I feel as though Duke is a qualified moderate who won't draw much opposition - maybe a CMPA or JCL-esque challenge to either flank, but nothing that'll attract major opposition. If Reaganfan wins, that's when we start getting major Labor names (SirNick's been floated), and other names (a D-R candidate, someone mentioned Superique, maybe an indie) getting thrown in.
