San Francisco/Bay area of course. Besides that, possibly Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, Richmond, Austin, Albuquerque, Los Angeles, and Miami (if that's a metro).

The interior west - Technically speaking, Santa Fe, NM. The MSA is coterminous with Santa Fe County, which gave Obama 73 percent of the vote in 2012. The Boulder, CO MSA (Boulder County) comes pretty close, giving Obama nearly 70 percent of the vote.

The south - Laredo, TX. The MSA is coterminous with Webb County, which gave Obama 76 percent of the vote in 2012.

Funny thing about the southern Florida metropolis- the outlying cities and suburbs to the north in Broward and Palm Beach are probably more liberal than Miami itself.  Because, of course, Cubans.  (And, well, Jewish grandmothers.)  But this anomaly is lessening over time.

I wouldn't be shocked if Asheville went over 70% Obama, but the metro area barely voted for Romney at about 50.7%.

Asheville itself went 73% for Obama in 2008, but the metro area was 50-48 Romney in 2012.

Bay Area is not Interior West. My Metro (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) is certainly up there, at least w.r.t. the South.
