With tensions seeming to be a bit hot these days, I think it might be time to revive this old chestnut and remind ourselves of the things we appreciate about our fellow posters.

Well, I like how you are always happy to engage in conversation by PM. I remember sending out Atlasia mailings and you would almost always message me back just to talk about casual things or offer your support. It was great. Smiley

You're passionate about what you believe in, which I greatly admire. You've always been extremely pleasant to me and I consider you to be a good friend.

Nathan is an extremely detailed poster who always manages to back up everything he says in an argument and comes across as being completely sure of where he stands without the pomposity that usually surrounds that kind of thing.

I can think of few other people here who have the guts to be honest on how they see things than TNF.

I admit I haven't seen him post much, so I don't know him very well. That said, this probably means that he has managed not to get involved into the forum drama/bickering, and instead stays focused on real life, two very good things.

not a hipster/scenefag (n word privileges). sometimes other posters get annoying here because of their opaque irony which obviously isn't a problem for tony. also french

seems to hold political viewpoints largely based on empirics while eschewing dogma. this has drawbacks but allows for interesting perspectives.

excellent music taste, much improved in terms of content in general. one of the few red avatars actually worth paying attention to... at least that posts regularly.

His views are so unknown in the MSM, that he almost certainly came to them through independent thought rather than following a crowd.

I love that TDA likes Tom Daschle to and he definitely brings that interesting Libertarian edge that South Dakotans have.

I like that Adam's improved from random BRTD-esque pony references. He's also pretty enthusiastic about Democrats.

He's fairly new and has already established himself as a major presence on the forum. I appreciate his cool and nonchalant demeanor. That was for Sawx.

Jerry is an incredibly nice and friendly poster, and his views are much sounder than his avatar would suggest. Wink

Seriously, having spent the last week there, I've come to admire that extremely complex language...
