What motivates your opinion, if I may ask?

It's water, not mouthwash.

Flouride has no effect on the taste, texture, color, or anything else other than the fact that it reduces the risk of tooth decay.

Of course. I think the "anti-fluoride movement" has as much credibility as the anti-vaccine movement (i.e. none at all).

No.  Fluoride is a cumulative poison and one of the most toxic natural materials on Earth.  There are better ways to keep your teeth healthy (like basic hygiene.)

Yes.

If we were having this discussion 50 years ago, I would probably side with the anti-fluoride folks because I can understand not wanting an additive put in your water.  However, the evidence has mounted that fluoride is safe and a tremendous benefit to dental health. 

Some dentists are now starting to see more cavities and dental problems in children because their parents are giving them non fluoridated bottled water (probably not realizing that fluoridated bottled water is an option).
