My personal guess for B.I.G. is that any money allocated to the program would not be specifically for advertising, and I do not want to raid those funds since they're intended to the most disadvantaged in our society. A $60 million advertising campaign over the course of a year barely makes a dent in our budget and will probably pay vast dividends in regard to reducing poverty in Atlasia over the coming years.

A GM estimate is probably available from Griffin for the bill with maximum enrollment if one searches hard enough. Either way, this latest "concern" is a non-issue, unless you want people to remain uninformed that they have a right to enroll in the basic income program because you want to "waste less money".
