If it comes down to this, how would you be? It's about more specific, so three days.

It's a tough question, but with the departure of Maxwell, there'll be only GAWorth and Lumine to hug… =(

It is hard to answer. I have always been concerned with the call for the two to merge. Really the Midwest is being told "fix this" while the rest of Atlasia moves on with their life. The Midwest is shaky and the Pacific is on the floor. I feel I have to say I am against it at this time.

While I acknowledge that my original plans to keep the region going failed miserably with Maxwell's departure and GAworth's nomination to SoIA, and even considering the fact that if I win against TNF we might end up with a serious problem to find enough officeholders, I want to express that there is no way in hell I am accepting such a merge. We fought a hard struggle to get the region moving, and thanks to Maxwell's efforts the region prospered. Our economy is much stronger, our offices are currently filled, and while activity is low we are not facing the open thread of strikes, revolutions or god knows what. Combining the Pacific with the Midwest is not the solution.

No. It's a sad attempt to push regional consolidation through. Regional consolidation was supposed to be a sort of "do-over" for the regions, so just doing it for two doesn't seem like the best idea.

No (Federalist). It would be a logistical nightmare and do little to solve the issues facing the Pacific.

It's better to contain the Pacific disease rather than spread it to the Midwest too.

This sort of bourgeoisie propaganda is the typical garbage of "regional consolidators" who would like to propose a quick solution to the wrong problem.  Insisting that the Midwest and Pacific are defunct and should be abolished as punishment is not the solution because it is not the problem; if people were truly worried about us, they would move here and help make us better rather than whining needlessly at the periphery.

That said, of course the Pacific should be annexed to the Midwest, as should the rest of the regions and the federal government, because the problem is that regions serve no purpose except the exploitation of the working class.

I feel like annexation is an easy cop out of solving the problem at hand. Strong leadership is needed.

I'm not sure activity is low, when you see Midwest alping's activity.

If you're in the Pacific you're marrying up because it's clustered. If you're in the Midwest you're marrying down for that reason.

Christ almighty, by my count we in the Pac have three constitutions.

1) Third Pacific Constitution (which I was using)
2) an Emergency Constitution (I guess in use now)
3) The Constitution I've been pushing through the council originally written by Tyrion and Oakvale, I believe, and edited by me

If I had to sue somebody I'd just use the federal one. It's for my general health and wellbeing that I stick around. Wink Cool
