I'm all for this, but I have a few doubts: First: "By January 1, 2020, at-least 50% of all vehicles sold in the Midwest shall be able to run on 100% biofuel.", is there any way to enforce this in a more direct way? Second, why the October tax break? (I don't oppose a tax break here, I'm just curious).

Also, I wish to offer an amendment on grammar grounds:

I'm not sure about random audits, I imagine the psychological effect wouldn't be strong enough to force people to make those changes. Six years are a long time, but perhaps not long enough for some, which I why I feel we have to come up with a mechanism. Perhaps we could use an annual Vehicle inspection for that effect?

Very well, any thoughts on how to change it from Arturo or Cris?

Hmmmmm... The amendment might pass, but still, we have two Representatives now, so we need both of them to vote in favor. Now, if we were to push the deadline a few more years into the future and reduce the bill, would that suffice?

Of course, he still has to swear in as the SoIA.

Very well, I might offer another amendment to correct section two, but since the election ends tonight, we might as well wait until Brewer is a Representative to see if he has any thoughts on this. In the meantime, am I the only one interested in amending section two or do the rest of the Althing think it's fine that way?

Hmmmm... In case no other amendment is proposed or if Brewer has nothing to say after swearing in, I'll offer an amendment removing section 2.
