San Francisco. The rain/cloudiness in Seattle wouldn't help with my depression.

In the 60s/70s, even the early 80s, San Fran strawberry fields by a country mile, even the early 90s.  Now though, SF is sold out and expensive and corporate, Google/GAP smorgasbord, the culture is fading out.

Seattle is not the greatest either but probably better hope for the culture there, even if I prefer hippies to grunge, thus Seattle now.
