Far from sure I would classify Lenin as a dictator exactly? Lenin was way too much of a good guy in Stalin's eyes. If he'd had the opportunity to kill him, I'm sure he'd use that power, just like he got Leon Trotsky killed while in exil in Mexico.

In my view:

1) Hitler
2) Stalin
3) Pol Pot
4) Saddam Houssain
5) Probably Mao
6) Augusto Pinochet
7) Gadhaffi
8 ) Maybe Franco?

This ranking is very rough and lacks some very obvious names. My knowledge of the world's history of dictatorships is not very extensive I'm afraid. At this point anyways.

Tons of obvious African dictators as well, including The Last King of Scotland, also known as Idi Amin of Uganda lol.

Putin and Berlusconi deserves to be included as well, just like the current dictator of Belarus.
Same with Netanyahu and probably a few other Israeli prime ministers. You can act like a dictator/asshole even if you've been elected by your own people.

Abolishing term limits is not dictatorial, it's enhancing democracy. Term limits prevents voters from voting for someone they may support.
