And I'm not sure Gardner is a good fit for Colorado, considering his views on abortion. But yep, he's still decent.

Eh, I'm not sure that's a good analogy.

Other than Cory Gardner, the Colorado GOP seems to have a poor bench.

Well, there's also Mike Coffman, one Republican who has managed to win in Denver's suburbs. If he ran statewide, he would probably be a strong candidate.

Mark Udall is co-sponsoring legislation that would reverse the Hobby Lobby decision. Obviously this won't pass, but it will be a key campaign tool against Gardner and his past support for personhood legislation in the vital Denver suburbs. Very smart move!

CD6 is at the center of money wars, and Romanoff's a more adept fundraiser than Coffman.

Senate race is the frontline in both parties' campaign for female votes.

Miles: If he wins, NRSC could be in Gardner's future with those kinds of hauls.

Apparently PPP will poll this weekend. I'd expect a MOE Udall lead and 5-6% for Hick.

There was a debate tonight for CD6. I only watched about 15 minutes of it, but I'd say Romanoff had the edge. He was more aggressive and I was impressed that he would often cite very specific numbers and policies as opposed to sticking to platitudes, which has become common. Coffman was okay; he was on the defensive but seemed kinda aloof.
