I would like to thank the Senate for it's swift passage of the redraft. It's nowhere near as progressive as I'd like, but it's a start and it does increase the rate for top earners, which will go a long way in reducing income inequality and providing the Republic with added revenues.

I'm pretty sure this is a tax decrease on the top bracket (from 50% to 40%), with the other rates unchanged.
